This year’s DealerRater Awards were announced and we couldn’t be happier with the results. McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bentonville came away with five awards! This award is a big deal because it’s only given to a select number of franchise dealers in the state. We won the 2022 Chrysler Dealer of the Year Award for Arkansas, the 2022 Dodge Dealer of the Year Award for Arkansas, the 2022 Jeep Dealer of the Year Award for Arkansas, the 2022 Ram Dealer of the Year Award for Arkansas and the 2022 Consumer Satisfaction Award. It’s not the first time we have won awards from DealerRater. Each year since 2019, we at McLarty Daniel CDJR have won a Dealer of the Year Award for two or three of the brands we sell new. However, this is the first time we have won an award for all four of our new-vehicle brands! The Awards are given to car dealerships that have the highest PowerScore in their category, at the regional, national , and state/provincial levels. Each dealership’s PowerScore is calculated using a Bayesian algorithm that considers the dealership’s average DealerRater star rating as well as the total number of reviews written about the dealership during that calendar year. In order to be in the running for a Dealer of the Year award, a dealership must earn at least 25 reviews, receive one review per quarter, maintain a minimum average review rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 during a calendar year and not be blacklisted. DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to the top U.S. and Canadian dealerships that meet the same requirements as the Dealer of the Year Award. Once those requirements are met, the Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to dealerships that fall under the top 10% of U.S. new-vehicle franchise dealers, top U.S. used-car dealerships and top Canadian car dealerships.
