THORNCROWN CHAPEL 12968 US-62, Eureka Springs, AR Just west of the historic town of Eureka Springs is the fabulous Thorncrown Chapel. Opened in 1980, the chapel is situated in the vast rugged Ozark hills of colored flagstone, and has had over seven million visitors. Thorncrown Chapel is a wooden structure rising forty-eight feet and has over 6,000 square feet of glass. Thorncrown has won numerous architectural rewards throughout the years. Admission is free, it’s a beautiful view you do not want to miss! JONES BAR-B-Q DINER 219 W. Louisiana St. Marianna, AR What’s summer without barbeque?! If you pride yourself as a legit barbeque connoisseur, you have to go to Jones Bar-B-Q Diner for some of the best in Arkansas. Located in the quiet delta town of Marianna, Jones Bar-B-Q is a family-owned restaurant best known for its award-winning shredded barbecue pork sandwiches. It is definitely worth the drive! Their tasty signature vinegary sauce comes from a recipe that dates back to just after the Civil War. It’s downright good!
